ChristianAccompanimenttracks.org is a new service providing Christian karaoke-style music for soloists and churches. Newly launched in May 2016, the public will have instant access to purchase and download material to use at-will.
Music has been an integral part of most services of worship since the beginning foundations of the church since Peter was appointed to do so in biblical times. Most churches struggle to fulfill this need through employing a music staff, but the economic burden can often times become too great.
The site looks to fulfill a void of available musicians for live performance situations, such as weddings, banquets, and other venues. Most often, an individual artists may not have access to funds to compensate musicians for their time. This e-commerce site will allow customers to create a user profile to search for artists in all categories of Christian music such as, but not limited to:
- praise and worship
- quartet songs
- contemporary christian
- southern gospel
- invitational selections
- communion hymns
A customer simply needs to have a reliable internet connection to download their product, where a song can be burned to CD or played from a digital device using an auxillary cable. If a potential customer does not find the selection desired, the site provides a service of creating a studio version, in the likeness of the original song and artist. This service will be available for a $75 fee, which takes approximately 4-5 days to create, depending on the current workload.
The new music production site can be found at http://www.christianaccompanimenttracks.org, or reach out to the customer service line at (832) 856-1913.

Geoff Westen's 3rd Power Pop Rock Album, I'm Not Crazy To Be Released April 7, 2015 On Disturbing Music

LOS ANGELES CA, February 2015 - The latest collection from hard-popster Geoff Westen is I'm Not Crazy. Westen's characteristic quirky and eclectic storytelling is showcased in his third album of songs on the Disturbing Music label, and is scheduled for release on April 7, 2015.
On INC, Geoff continues to follow his own musical muse, fearlessly traversing the line between PowerPop and PowerPunk. The songs are drawn from observations made over the course of an eccentric, yet sophisticated life of the career artist and performer. Both reviewers and fans alike have responded to Westen's instinctive feel, traditional songwriting chops, catchy melodies and memorable hooks.
The common denominator on all the tracks is his integration of the gamut of music styles that he has performed over his career. This includes his curious production approach, where he paints his audio canvas with layers of music to create his "Wall of Pop" trademark sound revealing more colors, textures and flavors with each repeated listening. Making himself the central character in the songs rather than telling stories about other people is another distinct component of his songwriting.
INC's 10 songs (plus 2 alternative mixes) make up this joyful pop-rock songlist. "Partyline" and the mischievous "Xciting Eyes" rock out with enough guitars and energy to fill an arena. "I Don't Know Why" and "Make It Last Forever" sound like pop song standards while "Love Has Let You Down" is a classic heartbreak ballad. Little gems like “The Big Mistake,” and “Condition Red” are pure Westen - exploiting his highly stylized Punkish pop tracks.
Westen's first two songs albums anointed him a Power Pop artist supreme. The Pigs—OINK! and Vidiots – Tune In!! showcased his dark humor and sarcasm, and affirmed his position as a hardpop specialist. Three other CDs recorded under the pseudonym, Digital Activity, explore instrumental territory, creating a Rock Ambient hybrid on his albums, BIRTH, ACTIVATE and his Xmas anthology, XMAS VOL. 1.

Zimbalam's Digital Music Distribution Service Launches In North America

Website: http://www.zimbalam.com
Paris, France - March 11, 2010 - Zimbalam, the largest digital music distribution and marketing network, today announced the launch of the US version of its distribution network. Zimbalam, owned by independent music distributor and service provider Believe Digital, provides artists with access to 25 of the most popular music stores such as iTunes and Spotify and unprecedented global reach through several hundred additional stores worldwide.
Zimbalam delivers transparency and marketing control to artists with real-time daily sales data, CRM tools such as email newsletters and social networking promotional widgets. Zimbalam's widgets make global marketing easy by automatically detecting a person's location and then promoting to the most popular music stores for that region.
To maximize artist revenues, Zimbalam simply charges an industry-low annual fee so artists can keep 100% of royalties. Zimbalam's nominal fee is $29.99 in year one then $19.98 per year after for an EP or album. Once the fee is recouped, artists keep 100% of royalties generated from sales. After the initial year, artists are only charged if they have sold enough music to cover the low fees, essentially eliminating financial risk.
To celebrate the South by Southwest (SXSW.com) festival, Zimbalam is offering a special rate through the end of March, with distribution of the first album at a reduced rate of $5.99. Artists taking advantage of the special rate can effectively start making money after only one album is sold. Artists can take advantage of this offer by using the code SXSW when signing up at www.zimbalam.com.
"With Zimbalam, our goal is to bring the largest distribution network, the strongest marketing tool set and the greatest revenue potential, all at the lowest price point, to the US independent music community, " said Believe Digital and Zimbalam CEO Denis Ladegaillerie. "We want to make sure that independent artists have the chance to not just realize the best business opportunities, but also to realize the opportunity to break through on a global basis."
Bridging the gap between the independent music community and major labels, Zimbalam also gives artists with breakout potential the opportunity to benefit from the A&R team of parent company Believe Digital (www.believedigital.com). Artists with strong performance on the Zimbalam network are assigned a personal A&R manager to provide valuable advice and support on release strategy, marketing and promotion investment and to ensure they are receiving the greatest exposure while maximizing monetization opportunities.

MusicDish Presents: Haze by Blake McKibben
Writing, performing, and producing his own music is innate for Blake McKibben, and the musical styling of his debut "Haze" is beautifully complex and intimately expressed to its listeners. McKibben does quite well in sharing his competence as a rock-and-roll, pop, and electronic artist within this one track rather than limiting himself to only one genre. This title track is emphasized poetically through McKibben's raw and soulful vocals as he tells a story though his music.

"Amazing Grace" Is Renewed In Soulful Holiday Rendition On Native American Flute And Flugelhorn
Url: http://www.cdbaby.com/licateroster
San Francisco, CA - December 23, 2009 - The well-known classic "Amazing Grace" experienced a holiday makeover by visionary musicians Ann Licater and Jeff Oster. The San Francisco-based musicians collaborated to create a completely new rendition of one of the world's best-known songs. Unclassifiable as either Jazz, World, Christian or New Age music exactly, the track is finding a wide audience during its Holiday 2009 release as a 99-cent digital download exclusively on CDBaby (http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/licateroster ) and iTunes. (http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/ann-licater-jeff-oster/id347771432)
Licater explains, "Jeff (Oster) and I were originally inspired to create this rendition of ‘Amazing Grace' for consideration in the 2009 presidential inauguration; to us the Native American flute represented the heart of the people and the Flugelhorn really conveyed the honor and heraldry of the occasion."
The song stayed in the artists' hearts and minds all year long, seeming to beckon for a Holiday release. Although the musicians are both working on producing their next albums, they felt compelled to share the song with the world this year, rather than hold it for inclusion on future albums. Hymns and holiday music traditionally receive a boost at the holidays, and at just 99 cents on CDBaby.com, the download is priced right for sales during a recession-riddled holiday. The duo intends to employ a completely online "green marketing" approach to promoting the track, hoping fans will love it enough to pass it on to family and friends.
Jeff and Ann began their collaboration in 2007, when they noticed each other's music being reported by broadcasters worldwide. Tracks such as "Saturn Calling" (Oster's tribute to N.A.S.A.) and "Following the Call" (Licater's title track about pursuing artistic dreams) were being played back-to-back and in the same programming schedules on radio stations around the globe. When they eventually met on MySpace and discovered they both live in the San Francisco Bay Area, their real-time collaboration began.
Their curiosity prompted them to explore the question "Flugelhorn with Native American Flute…why not?" Their music styles, although divergent, have a connection of spirit through a common improvisational nature of playing. In fact, the arrangement of "Amazing Grace" emerged during improve in their initial joint concert, immediately striking them both as a meaningful musical gift.
Ever since their first meeting, they continue to perform together as guest artists at each other's concerts, such as the INAFA conference at the University of Wisconsin/Eau Claire.
Their digital release of "Amazing Grace" is being promoted to radio by KDM Promotions. Both Ann and Jeff's music is heard on NPR stations on shows like "Echoes" and "Hearts of Space," as well as on cable and internet radio stations worldwide.
About the Artists:
Ann Licater is a Native American and World Flutist. She is a former student of R. Carlos Nakai, a recording artist, featured performer at the World Flute Fest at Carnegie Hall, and a San Jose Chamber Orchestra soloist as a world flutist. She facilitates healing workshops for Kaiser Permanante Wellness Centers and holds an M.L.A. in Spirituality. Her CD "Following the Call," solo wood and clay flute music was nominated "Best Native American Album" and "Top Twelve Best Contemporary Instrumental Album" of 2007 in the NAR Lifestyle Music Awards. Ann's music is heard on NPR stations on the "Hearts of Space" syndicated show as well as on cable and radio stations world-wide. www.annlicater.com
Jeff Oster has been a Trumpet and Flugelhorn player for over 40 years. His music is described as "Miles Davis meets Enya." Jeff's albums "Released" and "True" each won "Album of the Year" by broadcasters who report their playlists to New Age Reporter in the NAR Lifestyle Music Awards. Jeff has collaborated with NASA and JPL to create music using radio transmissions of aural recordings from space. These can be heard on "Saturn Calling" from the award-winning "True" release. Oster's music is produced by Will Ackerman, GRAMMY®-winning guitarist and founder of Windham Hill Records. Jeff's music can be heard on NPR stations including "Echoes" syndicated program, as well as on cable, satellite and radio stations world-wide. www.jeffoster.com

MusicDish Presents: Classic Bollywood - Demo by ProducerLoops.com
Classic Bollywood - Demo by ProducerLoops.com on Fairtilizer!
"A peek into this exhaustive library put together by Gaurav Dayal will give you a good representation of some of the musical styles prevalent in India.
The moods on this sample cover a broad range of emotions and situations - Celebration, Romance, Sombre and a Bridal sendoff in styles across the spectrum in the Indian musical domain. Though this package is titled "Classic Bollywood", do not assume that its use is restricted. It can be used for dance clubs, wedding parties, social gatherings or any occasion which call for an ethnic taste.
Instrumentally this demo has been arranged to a nicety. The Orchestral string section involving Indian violin and viola personify what Bollywood has incorporated for a long time in its music.Throughout this demo, the Indian Flute figures prominently. The Flute generally evokes a feeling of rustiness and this is no different for the Indian Flute. An ideal instrument for most settings, the Indian Flute adds a distinct "warm" feeling. Percussive instruments such as the Tabla provide the ideal backdrop for the various rhythmic grooves that are used on this demo. Stringed instruments such as the Sitar add an element of mysticism.
The vocals, both leads and backups have been executed with a flair and a touch that can only be described as authentic Indian. The lyrics are in Punjabi, language of the state of Punjab in Northern India. This compilation by Gaurav Dayal will please any diehard Bollywood fan or Indian music aficionado."

Yuminale Releases Transitory Glow
Url: http://www.yuminale.com
Sound: http://www.yuminale.com/audio/Spheric_hifi.mp3
Lovers of modern chill, downtempo and ambient music will find this work irresistible.
Harder to categorize than many of its peers, Yuminale has been described as refreshing and unique, with a sound all its own. A few more extended and complex works - reminiscent of the great days of Album-Oriented Rock (AOR) - appear throughout this latest effort, more so than in the previous releases. Yuminale is in no rush on this album, which is perfect for people who like to put on the phones and get lost for awhile.
Yuminale's previous releases - including the self-titled Yuminale and Twilight in the Opal Atrium - have won devoted fans around the world, including one Amazon music customer who dubbed the contents of these CDs "amazing music ... highly recommended."
"I have not heard anything like this music before," said Magda Capurso. "It's just beautiful. There is an ethereal quality to the music that is so serene, yet mesmerizing and unforgettable. Each track has its own feel, and takes you on a divine journey. Great for relaxing or working. Excellent to inspire creativity. This music is simply art for the senses."
Maximilian March enthused: "The tune "Been Here Before" from Twilight in the Opal Atrium is truly wonderful. I sincerely love it.
Every time it comes on our MaxMarchRadio broadcasts, I stop what I’m doing to soak it in and give it my full attention. I can literally feel it sink/sync into my soul. It begins in a very unassuming way, but by the time it reaches the signature of those mystic chords, one has no choice but to surrender to it.
Put simply, the track is genius."
Transitory Glow will be available at online outlets such as iTunes, CDBaby and Amazon.
Streaming and downloads are available at www.yuminale.com/music.html and www.last.fm/music/yuminale.

New Media Player Auto Re-Mixes MP3s And Adds Video For Free
These interactive music tracks will be produced using the TronMe software from 3D Solar UK Ltd and will release the potential for millions of new remixes of each song.
TronMe media player (http://www.tronme.com) is free, downloadable software that allows users to control and remix their favorite music and record an interactive music video to go with it. The latest release of the player provides an auto play function. This turns the TronMe player into a home music system. Once the player is open, users dont need to press anything their music plays automatically and the software will remix the tracks based on the .ivs file and the information analyzed from the webcam with stunning visual effects. Control can be regained at any time, to select new instruments or parts, but it is not necessary. Users can move to the music and see what happens then share it online.
The software is growing well with a hundred new users each day. With this new technology, users are able to play their own favorite mp3 tracks with an interactive add-on file format known as .ivs. These tracks can then be used on the TronMe player.
Patrick Levy Rosenthal, 3D Solars CEO said, "If an mp3 file is a gem stone, then to convert it to interactive is to add loops to it so you can see new dimensions shining from it. Every time your track is remixed it is like watching your stone from a different angle showing endless possibilities, bursts of light and color."
After installation, the software will list all of the mp3 tracks on each users PC and will provide notice if other users already found interesting loops in a particular song. Therefore, users can decide to use the same loops for their tracks with the TronMe player. If the user subscribe with a small monthly fee he can use all of these along with plenty of new versions uploaded daily. The player can also be used for free! To do this a user needs to convert his own tracks into the interactive format and publish the position of the seamless loops he found in his tracks for other users to try and vote for.
The most common scenario, as the library starts to grow, will be that the interactive track does not already appear on the TronMe server. In this case, users will be asked to go ahead and convert the music by clicking on the icon next to the title of the song. This will open a new interface, like that of a wave editor, where the bars and measures of the track will be visible. The goal now is to detect a seamless loop within the music that can be successfully sampled. A seamless loop must have a clean start and finish it must not have any unexpected noises to detract from the loop itself. The software does help in finding the loops they are often found in measures 2,4,6,8 and 16.
Once the user is happy with the result, loop positions can then be submitted and published on the TronMe server. The player is then able to create remixes of this track for free. The new version is made available for other users to use. On the beta version of TronMe only one solution of each track is available however; soon, there will be up to ten versions of each track. 3D Solar exists to provide a place where people can collectively determine the value of each version. These ten will be split into two halves. The top five will be permanently on the site, ranked by the votes they received. Once something new is submitted, other people will see it and vote for the version they like best. If a users submission is excellent and receives enough votes, it is promoted to the top five.
It goes without saying that the first users to convert the most popular tracks will reap the benefits; each time the track is used the user who converted it will receive "Trons" and these will be divided proportionally between those who converted the top five versions of that track. The more Trons a user receives, the higher his score, and with a higher score comes free tools, special effects and songs!
Interactivity is the future of music, be a part of it.

MP3 of DJ Islander's house remix of Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual"
Download Free MP3 of "It's Not Unusual" by DJ Islander
"'It's Not Unusual," by DJ Islander, is an example of electronica music at its highest level. The song gains a lot of steam well before the lyrics come in, but the interesting sample works well with the background beat. This tune is an interesting listen since it is 100% electronica, which requires one computer and no instruments. It also has a simple but effective structure that never really deviates too far from the initial beat, but there are certainly noticeable transitions. DJ Islander makes extraordinary music that combines progressive, house, techno, and trance music all together. With his latest release, the Quebec-based DJ shows that he is both a musician, and a creative sound master."

Day Of The Outlaw - "Truckin' Country" MP3
Day Of The Outlaw - "Truckin' Country" [Black Mountain Majesty] Download Free MP3 | Take a Listen
"'Truckin' Country' is a rollicking, southern rock track from Day of the Outlaw. This whiskey fueled number with heavy guitar distortion could get the crowd on their feet, whether it be on the sawdust covered floor of a Deep South dive bar, or under the bright neon lights of a Sunset Strip rock club. Combining country sensibilities with rock and roll reckless abandon, 'Truckin' Country' is sure to please any audience, so long as the booze is flowin' and the volume is up!" -- Brent Gruebel, MusicDish e-Journal
Day Of The Outlaw has a refreshingly simple attitude: It makes music its members like and they want to hear. However, there is nothing simplistic about the incendiary debut album, 'Black Mountain Majesty', that these four sons of Los Angeles have just produced. The album is a blend of the very best elements of classic outlaw country music and the hard 70s rock that inspired much of their youth. Yet Black Mountain Majesty is an album that gives so much more than the sum of its parts. It is not just a mix of great influences but something fresh and exciting in its own right. http://www.dayoftheoutlaw.com

Country Ballad MP3: Molten Mike - One Little Love
Ladies, can you imagine having a song composed just for you for your wedding? I mean, most people who have formal weddings have to pick songs out from among the crowd of 'weddings songs' that are in style at the time. Not so for lucky lady Sparky Paradis who married Randall Ierna, the producer for country music artist Molten Mike. It seems that Sparky was among what I'm sure is a lucky few who actually had a wedding song written for her, and it is indeed beautiful.

A simple and slow ballad, with traditional country music and female background vocalists, the track has some of the prettiest lyrics that I've heard in a while. Complex is not always better, and Molten Mike proves this as he sings a very heartfelt tribute to marriage in 'One Little Love.'
"Two little hearts, two little souls
One little love, one that will grow
One little smile, one little laugh
One little love, one that will last
One little plant, one little tree
One look from you is all I need
Give me your hand; I'll give you my ring
Give you my name...my everything
My love, my love, my love."
The song has a somewhat Texan feel to it, but nonetheless, it certainly accomplishes its purpose. Not surprising since Molten Mike has worked with a number of well known artists such as BB King, Matt "Guitar" Murphy, Aretha Franklin, Bill Wharton, Ray Charles, The J. Geils Band, Roy Rogers, Blind Willie James, and Patti LaBelle. Way to go Sparky!

Kerchoonz Social Media Network Backs Illegal File-Sharing Legislation
Following on from the jail sentence handed out to illegal file-sharers, Pirate Bay, by a Swedish court, the UK's top creative industries are lobbying the government to take a firmer stance on persistent file-sharers, according to BBC news.
Up until now, the UK government has not had, it appears, the inclination to penalise such users, quoting such comments as, "We can't have a system where we're talking about arresting teenagers in their bedrooms", instead preferring to place the onus on ISP providers, setting a target of reducing the problem by at least 70% over the next few years, without publicly seeming to actually take any direct action.
The media industry, in the meantime, is being hit hard, with statistics quoting an estimated one billion music tracks and 98 million films being shared illegally in 2007 alone.
In a direct attempt to combat illegal file sharing and compensate artists, Kerchoonz.com, launching next month, is the first integrated social networking and media site to legally enable streaming and download of music, videos and online games, whilst paying the featured artists and creators of music. Its founders, Indiana Gregg and Ian Morrow, themselves Glasgow-based musicians, are ardent supporters of the campaign to introduce firm legislation towards protecting copyright on the internet.
Indiana says: "Free media comes with a price tag and sites who are profiting from the use or exchange of copyright works without compensating the rights holders are simply robbing the livelihood of artists and not only that, they are destroying any chance for new artists and bands to raise funds and investments in their music and/or get record deals. Nobody will want to invest in new music in the future if security isn't tightened on the web."

"The first thing one notices about artist Winifred Adams is her striking resemblance to a young Christie Brinkley. Blonde and beautiful, for this particular track, Adams sings country music in the traditional style from the Johnny Cash/Loretta Lynn era. She has a clear alto voice, and "You Are My Rose" is her tribute to mothers. Heartfelt and sincere, this track is about lasting love and the strength it gives you to go on, even through difficult times. Her voice is accompanied by an acoustic guitar, steel guitar, and keyboards."
"I love listening to your heart/
To the sweetness of the beat/
There's a soul in the rhythm/
Like a song made for me/
I love listening to your heart/
Every breath that you take/
Brings light in my life/
That I can't mistake/
My world has blossomed/
Like a flower so sweet/
You are my rose, a beauty that grows/
You are my rose."
This part of the song reminds me of a child lying against her mother and feeling the calming, soothing peace that only a mother can give.
"And my world has blossomed/
Life a flower so sweet/
From where this love flows/
God only knows, you are my rose/
From where this love flows/
Only God knows, you are my rose."
I really like these lyrics because only a mother's love is truly unconditional love, and Winifred Adams seems to bring that out here.

On an exciting adventure, Winifred went on to sing at Shea Stadium several times and numerous pro & semi-pro sports events.
