Singular Sound, makers of the popular BeatBuddy pedal-controlled drum machine, announced that the company is now taking pre-orders for its latest innovation, BeatBuddy Mini, a new smaller version of the critically acclaimed BeatBuddy with many of the original product's features and functionality, but for half the price ($149).
BeatBuddy Mini enables full, hands-free, creative control of the beat. Musicians can effortlessly insert fills, transition from verse to chorus, add accent hits, throw in drum breaks and more to create an unprecedented live drummer effect -- all with the simple ease of a guitar pedal format.
"The BeatBuddy has become a go-to tool amongst professionals of the highest caliber, winning every major award in the industry for innovation, sound quality and ease of use," said David Packouz, CEO, Singular Sound. "We're now thrilled to bring a personal drummer to musicians everywhere-at a price they can afford."

About Singular Sound
Miami-based audio technology company Singular Sound invented BeatBuddy out of frustration at not being able to find a drum machine that enabled hands-free live control. Other drum machines were either complicated table-top devices that are difficult, if not impossible, to control while jamming, or are poorly made afterthoughts in loopers that grant no control of a single repetitive beat loop -- no fills, no rhythm changes, no accent hits, no tap tempo, no pause/unpause feature, and of course no computer interface. With detailed input from the musician community, the BeatBuddy was designed to be the perfect solution to this frustration: The power of a drum machine with the simplicity of a pedal. Singular Sound Now Taking Pre-Orders for New BeatBuddy Mini
International R&B/Soul Artist Devon Howard Goes Back to Classic R&B with New CD 'Return To Love'
It's been seven years since International R&B/Soul Recording Artist Devon Howard officially released music. He returns with his new CD entitled 'Return To Love.' Recently released through 313 Music Group, this radio ready, smooth suite of love songs pays homage to the era of classic R&B music where such songs of love were common. The first official single 'Could This Be Love,' is a surefire hit with its' smooth melody and catchy groove.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, DEVON got his start in the music industry writing and performing with local R&B group Me 2 U, who recorded their debut CD on the RCA label. He then went on to perform with the group Diversiti and eventually ventured out as a soloist, releasing music in the US, Europe and Japan.
Famed video/movie director Chris Robinson shot the video for 'Other Side of the Bed,' a smooth ballad which appears on the CD, and has played on VH1 Soul, BET and other video outlets around the US.
'Return To Love' is really just Devon returning to the music he loved growing up. He loves creating music that inspires relationships, heals broken hearts or just simply plays in the background as the soundtrack to your life. This CD is a classic from start to finish.
It's available now at CDbaby.com and on most digital outlets including itunes and Amazon.com.
