Michal Menert To Release New Live Band EP Before Coast-to-Coast Tour

This fall Michal Menert takes his renowned musical stylings to the next level as he prepares for the September release of the debut studio album from his six-piece live band, Michal Menert and the Pretty Fantastics. The lyrically-driven EP will drop just before the band embarks on a 36-date tour across the U.S.

The Colorado-based musician and producer, dubbed by fans and the media as the godfather of electro-soul, has taken charge of the scene he helped create, pushing his music forward with bold creativity. His new band, Michal Menert and the Pretty Fantastics, is the latest incarnation of Menert's dedication to originality and musicianship in his music. The addition of live horns, keys, guitar, bass, and drums, plus his own sonic production makes Menert’s current and upcoming catalog come alive like never before.

The debut album for the sextet will be like nothing you've ever heard from Menert, and will distinguish Michal Menert and the Pretty Fantastics as its own musical force with a uniquely indie-rock style. With beautiful melodic structure, vocals from Michal himself, and playfully inventive lyricism, this upcoming EP takes a leap in an exciting new direction while maintaining the uncompromising songwriting and production that we've come to expect.

Bringing their new music on tour, the band, comprised of Michal Menert, Marcelo Moxy, AC Lao, Daniel De Lisle, Will Glazier and Matt van den Heuvel - all veterans of the Michal Menert Big Band - will be accompanied by additional sets from fellow Super Best artists Marcelo Moxy and WillDaBeast.

Whitney Peyton Drops New Single "It's All Good" & Hits The Road With Fronzilla

The track was produced by Philadelphia native Ali "A MAC" McGuire and offers a unique upbeat vocal delivery that's both aggressive, but motivational at the same time. Moonshine Bandits Announce Headlining Tour With Angels Cut & Pruno

Central California outlaws The Moonshine Bandits are about to get back out on the road and raising some hell on their headlining tour with Angels Cut and California rapper Pruno throughout October and the rest of the year. The Moonshine Bandits continue to tour in support of their new album "Blacked Out", which debuted inside the Top 15 on Billboard's Country Albums chart at #13, cracked the Billboard Top 200, and simultaneously debuted in the top 10 on the Rap Chart.

Raquel Aurilia Launches New Music Video "Shattered" Using Tattoo Artistry For Stunning Visual Effect

(NASHVILLE, TN) September 16, 2015 – Singer-Songwriter Raquel Aurilia released her first music video "Shattered" today – and the visual effects are stunning thanks to the artistry of renowned tattoo artist Brandon Hanna. Raquel's song "Shattered" is brought to life in a stripped down way on video – telling this raw and emotional breakup story even showing the visual aspect of being literally "shattered" throughout the video.

The process of drawing the effects by hand onto Raquel's face and upper torso required her to be very still in the studio for nearly five hours as East Nashville tattoo artist Hanna's work was captured frame by frame. The music video was directed by Darrin Dickerson of Ghostwater Films and shot on-location at the Baker Farm just outside of Nashville.

"Returning to Nashville to shoot the music video was such an amazing experience," says Raquel Aurilia. "The creative process came full circle as we told the song's story through stunning visuals. Being covered in ink by a tattoo artist was an experience I never imagined. I am very proud of my first music video and ‘Shattered' is a powerful song."
