Release Single Houston Day And Hong Kong Cafe

An array of innovative melodies drifting over various continents and cultures. Each title releases its own emotional force and takes us into "another world", where atmospheres are created by remarkable instrumental arrangements of astonishing chords that are ideal for conveying emotion and sensitivity.

Robert Lauri makes us discover the range and diversity of the creative force of a tunesmith who deserves to be discovered by the general public. Robert Lauri offers us strong and astonishing musical atmospheres. Each title takes us into another musical world with various musical genres and rhythms, such as country, meditative, and classical styles mixed with pop, electro pop, soul, and so on and so forth.

Certain melodies also evoke some captivating pieces of film music; others open up a haven of peace and meditation.

Still others invite us to move. But even if the compositions float in their own magic, a common theme is guiding the weft of these creations: dream and relaxation. When listening to the instrumentals, you leave the ground to glide in your own world of emotions and imagination.

To listen to the single and an extract of the album in pre-release, entitled partir:

Sylvia Ganancia has created the artwork for the album and the single. Her talent could be synthesized as follows:
The progression of the artist, Sylvia Ganancia, is born of charm, humanity and feminine sensuality... All culture makes her deeply sensitive and it is customary to admire in her work the faces and expressions of women because, as she says: "by the woman are traditions perpetuated", and thus offers us, through her art, a world tour of different culture.

Robert Lauri has been an author, a composer, a tunesmith and a performer since his tenderest years. His musical career has been punctuated, for more than thirty years, by several records and a successful international career - both in the United States and in Europe - with the Alef Group.

In 2009, the artiste launched his MyConcert2009 programme (Concert ΰ la Carte), which also contains a part allowing the public to participate in the production, and some sponsorship.

The Boom Boom Dance Video Rises To #1 On Top 100 In First Week

TheVine Records/Indie Extreme group, Chitlins, are celebrating their first week on with a meteric rise to #1 on the Top 100. The video heralding the new dance craze, The Boom Boom, debuted in the Top 100 on Saturday, Sept 5 at #91, jumped to #10 by Sunday morning, shot to #2 by Monday, sliding into the #1 spot on Tuesday morning.

“It’s been like Christmas every time we wake up, the momentum is incredible!” said Chitlins, “We are happy to see that people are embracing the song, the sound and the new what’s happenin’!”

The buzz-generating band is fronted by innovative New York-based artist Excite, a multi-talented player who draws upon both his rich musical history and dramatic acting chops to inject energetic creativity to the mesmerizing mix of The Boom Boom Dance. Various associations led him to a fateful meeting with well-respected, gold record-scoring producer Lee Stone (Pharoahe Monch, Busta Rhymes, Erykah Badu, Method Man), and creative fusion occurred in the best possible way. The mighty twosome did well-received work for esteemed Blue Note Records with jazz great and Grammy nominated Ronny Jordan, thrilling crowds at BET Jazz fests across the country. As Excite continued to develop his own voice he eventually began to post his own material on Myspace, where the buzz quickly grew for the new artist with the irresistible groove.

That buzz drew the attention of TheVine Records president Mario Costabile, founder of New Jersey-based Vine Music Publishing, an influential new company whose catalogue spans the spectrum from Pop and Rock to R&B, Jazz and Latin to Gospel. Their 25 years of experience in video and audio production, Costabile brings his practiced skill-set to the video production of The Boom Boom Dance, and it shows in the film’s crystal-like clarity and rock-solid production values.

The urban groove and Excite’s soulful delivery kicks things into a 21st century feel, even as the bouncy lyrics reference popular dances of the past, including the Jerk, the Monkey, and even the Macaroni. It’s all good in The Boom Boom, and if you’re not up on your feet in the first 60 seconds, check for a heartbeat. Look for The Boom Boom to make its presence known in a big way in the months ahead at clubs, parties, and weddings, as its interactive element takes the country by storm.

SirLady Records To Release Kirsten Dehaan's EP "Thorns On A Crown" Through Oseao Media Group

Indie label SirLady Records announces its partnership with digital music distributor and licensing company Oseao Media Group for an October 6th digital release of alternative rock singer-songwriter Kirsten DeHaan's "Thorns On A Crown." DeHaan's new EP encompasses the sweetness of Liz Phair, a soft, airy quality like that of Sia, and the rich alto of Fiona Apple.

"We're very excited at Oseao to have the privelage of working with Kirsten and Musicdish," said OSEAO General Manager Jon Lemmon. "This is one of the most exciting partnerships and projects we've come across in some time, and we're thrilled to help push and promote the new EP."

Oseao Media Group will be working closely with major digital retailers, including iTunes, Amazon and eMusic to support and promote the EP release. The release will also be supported by a full internet marketing campaign managed by MusicDish Network, including PR/brand development, netradio marketing, viral campaigns, industry outreach, social media networking and fanbuilding.

"I've been following Kirsten career for several years, having booked her to our 'Listen Liberally' showcase in 2006," said MusicDish founder Eric de Fontenay. "It's a real pleasure to work with not just such a talented songwriter and performer, but a true music entrepreneur."

"My intention for 'Thorns on Crown' is to put it in the best hands possible so that it can do its job and flourish," Kirsten DeHaan SirLady Records. "Those set of hands without question are MusicDish and Oseao."

The songs on her five-track EP extend over a range of toe-tapping to somber. In the current music world of soulless musicians singing to beats generated by machines, it is refreshingly evident to have DeHaan whole-heartedly fulfill a responsibility of realness and truth, a responsibility that only a genuine musician could touch. She may be considered a newcomer to the music industry, but there is enough passion, talent, and promise on Thorns On A Crown to imagine what the future will bring if Kirsten DeHaan pushes forward in being the driving force behind her music.

Kirsten DeHaan is a true jack of all musical trades. Not only is she a talented singer/songwriter and guitarist, she promotes her music via her label SirLady Records, does various philanthropic work for American soldiers in the Middle East, and is a big proponent of the New York indie music scene. DeHaan stomped onto the indie music scene in 2004 when she released her first album "Conform." Reviewers compared her music to that of Nirvana, U2, and Belly. Her music has been downloaded over 1 million times via various peer-to-peer sites and featured on hit reality shows Made and My Super Sweet Sixteen. Declaring "Conform" one of the most popular records next to the Killers and Ashlee Simpson by, Kirsten was one of five artists chosen for Men's Vogue/Hennessey Flaunt Your Taste Critics Choice Awards. Her latest offering, a five song EP dubbed "Thorns On A Crown" is by far her most mature work to date.
