Independent Dutch pop act Stage Republic is about to release its debut album Firstage. In an attempt to generate a buzz and media attention, the album was placed on the Music Xray online A&R platform. In less than 2 months time all 11 songs of the album were placed for inclusion in TV, Film, Sport events and advertising in the US and globally. This puts Stage Republic in a unique position. Frontman Raven explains: "I'm a very small artist without the support of a major marketing machine behind me. I had no way to get the attention of the American public. Music Xray has changed that for me. All songs have been picked up even before the release of the album. Stage Republic is getting some serious attention now. It's great to be heard."

The success means that Stage Republic can now give the album away to the fans for free.

Stage Republic is the vehicle of expression of eclectic Dutch singer and songwriter Raven. With producer ItsBart he created an instantly recognisable sound reminiscent of the 80s superbands like Duran Duran, Wham! and A-ha combined with the best of Dutch beats and Raven's trademark voice.
