AC Artist Jimmy White Releases "Dad" For Father's Day


828 Records is pleased to announce the radio release of Award winning AC artist, Jimmy White's brand new Father’s Day single, “Dad”. The single has been released to both AC and Country radio stations across the US and Canada. It is also available for download at iTunes.com.

According to White, “I wrote it for my father, James R. White, the "only hero I've ever had"”.

This song is from White’s current 26 track, two CD release, “Two Cities”.

In recent years, acclaimed singer/songwriter White has garnered an impressive four New Music awards, including 2012’s Male Artist of the Year, along with three Best Male Artist awards from the IMN. He also accepted a Best AC Group/Duo award in 2010 with powerhouse vocalist and Music City favorite Jonell Mosser for their hit “Just What I Need.”

In his impressive thirty year career, White has reached #1 more than a dozen times on the Independent AC Charts, four times at #1 on the National AC charts and once on the National Top 40 charts. White has also charted three times in the Billboard AC Top 40 and 5 times in the FMQB AC Top 10.
