On the track "Clenching My Pillow," McDonald very capably vocalizes the message and meaning of the song. The video gives viewers an even deeper sense of what she is conveying as she aptly emotes the pain, Loneliness, and sense of loss one feels at the dissolution of a relationship. Directed by Phoenix Tremayne, the video is an "experience" that highlights McDonald's skill for bringing the viewer into her world.

Commenting on the track, McDonald said, "I think 'Clenching My Pillow' is a great song, and I'm really proud of this project." Rachel says." "So far I've received a lot of positive feedback from everyone who has heard it or seen the video."
