New Wedding Song Released By Molten Mike

Imagine a room full of people and the bride and groom dancing to the strains of Molten Mike singing "One Little Love".

This happened.

On Saturday, April 11, 2009, Molten Mike's newest single was released at the Wedding of Randall Ierna and Sparky Paradis. Sparky, who is the President of the Molten Mike Fan Club, and Randall, who is Molten Mike's Publisher and Executive Producer were having supper in January, when Sparky Asked Mike to write a wedding song. Mike said "What kind of song do you want?" Sparky said "Something we can dance to that is Country."

But wait, there is more to this story.

Molten Mike has a select few people that he teaches guitar and songwriting theory to. One of his students, Christina Hope came into a class with a 3 chord riff that inspired Mike to come up with a beautiful Guitar part in 3/4 time.

He then wrote a verse, and called Randall to play the fledgling song over the phone. They decided to immediately go into production and booked the services of their favorite engineer, Glenn Laubaugh at ESP studios, who has recorded and mastered 4 of Mike's 5 full length CD's.

Personnel were assembled, notably Kenny K, the regions top Pedal Steel Guitar Player, Glenn Stevenson on Electric and Double Bass, Randall Ierna on Drums, Ralph Famiglietti on Mandolin, Hill Abrahams on Violin, Glenn Laubaugh on Synthesizer orchestrations, and April Yerger for Back up Female Vocals.

"We worked on this song until the day before Mike left for his 2nd Australian Tour, and then when he got back we finished the vocals, Mixing, Mastering and then a rush production job was sent to Disc Makers, in Pennsauken, N.J." said Randall Ierna. "Disc Makers did a super job with the artwork, and packaging and hit their deadline with a day to spare. Each of the guests received their own copy of the song."

"I was amazed at the audiance reaction to my song. Some people actually had tears in their eyes." said Molten Mike. "Ranluron Records presented me with a wall plaque showing the CD and the Artwork. "People were talking about the song and how beautiful it fit the Wedding. Later that evening I performed the song again at a special after party at Grazzi's Restaurant in St. Petersburg. The whole day was memorable." concluded Molten Mike.

"One Little Love" is just what I wanted." said Sparky Paradis. "Mike wrote a beautiful wedding song for us and I believe many Brides and Grooms will dance to this song in the future. I appreciate all the time, talent and energy that went into the production of this song." concluded Sparky.

Molten Mike has 5 Full Length CD's: "Blues Meltdown", "Genuine Bluesman" "The Movie", "Chameleon" and "All Blues". The first four CD's were all #1 Albums on www.mp3tunes.com and "All Blues" has been produced twice in Australia and once in the US. Some of Mike's songs have been used by ABC Sports and also in the movie "Steal Wheels". Mike has played for the House of Blues over 100 times and played pre-game entertainment for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for 7 years. He headlined the Buc's Super Bowl victory party at the Tampa Park to an estimated 70,000 people.
