New Blues CD - The Joey Gilmore Band

Mosher St. Records, South Florida's award winning independent blues record label, announces the 2016 release of The Joey Gilmore Band's new CD titled RESPECT THE BLUES. The soulful 11 song collection once again brings us the fullband sounds of some of Gilmore's greatest influences Johnny Adams, Lou Pride, Beau Jocque, Little Milton, William Bell, Johnny Rawls  whose songs he interprets. Guest artists featured on this release include Rockin' Jake on harp, Ivan Chopik and Drew Preston on lead guitar and vocalists Domino Johnson and Edlene Hart. Yoel Hyman provides strings and horns and Arlene Coutee supplies backing vocals. Joey Gilmore can still fire up excitement with his style of deeply soulful, uplifting blues.
