Summarizing the results of the selection, Alla Pugacheva noted: “I think that it’s for the first time our listeners and spectators will see such a variety of styles and genres in the framework of one festival. Every participant represents a unique, inimitable history of his or her country and culture... I hope that familiarity with these many voices will give a real joy to each co’participant of the Crimea Music Fest.”

Dylan Lloyd’s music career officially began at the age of 15 in Chicago, Illinois. Being dubbed by NBC as "Englewood's Music Prodigy" was a lot to live up to as a young singer/songwriter and instrumentalist. After many gigs in the Mid-West at venues such as "The Rave", "Millennium Park", "Kinetic Playground", and media attention from NBC, and The Chicago Tribune, he lived up to the hype and caught the attention of Jonathan Stone. Now at 23 years of age, Dylan Lloyd and his talent have been rewarded a music publishing deal with Stone's Radar Music Publishing.

In December of 2009, Dylan Lloyd signed a music publishing deal with "RADAR MUSIC, LLC/BUG MUSIC, INC.". From that point forward, Dylan has been establishing himself in Los Angeles, as well as Chicago, as one of the most outstanding singer/songwriters of his generation. He has written and co-produced with many well established producers such as Multi-Platinum producer MdL (JUSTIN BIEBER, CHRIS BROWN, STEPHEN JERZAK), Kevin Savigar (ROD STEWART, JOSH GRACIN), Deron Johnson (touring pianist for MILES DAVIS, SEAL, Alanis Morisette, Boz Scaggs, Paula Abdul and more), Gold producer Michael Jay (EMINEM, MARTIKA), Grammy Award winner Tim Fagan (COLBIE CAILLAT, JASON MRAZ), platinum producer Soundtrakk (LUPE FIASCO), and Platinum songwriter/producer Mason Levy (APG Publishing). He has been interviewed by two major Southern California magazines called the "MUSIC CONNECTION" and the "LOS ANGELES EXAMINER" about getting signed to a music publishing deal. Especially, with his most recent single release “We Are The Same” which is garnering critical acclaim! "Music is life that lives forever. If the only thing that I can do in this world is take one person out of a daily cycle of misery, heartache, anxiety, frustration, and any other drama that goes along with our life...for just a few minutes...then I truly will feel like I am doing the best that I possibly can to help bring joy to people's lives." - Dylan Lloyd
