SONGVEST To Partner With Club Nouveau's Jay King For New Album Sales Auction


Los Angeles -SongVest, the company that reinvented the music memorabilia business by offering the ultimate fan collectable - the songs themselves - has announced their next major online auction will take place Nov 6-20 at http://www.songvest.com and will include 'Consciousness', the new album from Jay King's classic pop band, Club Nouveau.

SongVest continues to innovate in the music industry by offering fans and collectors a percentage of the sales to a new, yet to be released album. "You will be able to own a piece of the album and start earning money day one" states Sean Peace, President of SongVest.

Club Nouveau is a contemporary R&B-pop band that was formed by record producer/performer Jay King in 1986 in Sacramento, California, subsequent to the breakup of the Timex Social Club. From its debut album, Life, Love, and Pain, which was released in 1986, the group scored four consecutive hits: "Jealousy" (essentially an answer song responding to Timex Social Club's hit "Rumors"), "Situation #9," a remake of Bill Withers' "Lean on Me," and "Why You Treat Me So Bad."
