The project Seismic Anamoly was started in 2002 by Michael S., who lives in Meridian, MS, USA. Seismic Anamoly has been composing and playing music only since 2000, and his work is done primarily utilizing his Peavey EVH Wolfgang, Millennium J Series Bass, and Indianola ER Acoustic. Seismic's arsenal includes tunes that could be classified as Heavy Metal, Power Metal, Guitar and Instrumental Rock and Acoustic, but it is all home-grown Rock n Roll. Relatively new to the scene, Seismic Anamoly has seen his music grow slowly but steadily in popularity.

Skilf Drops His Brand New Album 'Second Thought', A Distinctive Amalgamation Of His Urban / Dance Music Influences

Skilf is a London based Rapper/Singer, who uses vivid storytelling and heartfelt lyrics in his unique brand of Urban music. From a young age Skilf was no stranger to the stage: a child actor performing at theatres and even starring in a full feature TV film. His passion for music was sparked a few years later as he started listening to Hip Hop and Garage, studying other rappers' wordplay and the art of rhyming.

Skilf built his name by playing numerous house parties, open mic nights and pirate radio stations, championing an expansive sound and becoming known for his charismatic delivery and ability to morph his rhymes to suit varied tempos. Skilf started getting booked for club nights, university shows and regional festivals. As a creative partner, Skilf has been able to work alongside a number of music legends in their own right including: Adamski, UK Garage Pioneer MC Neat, Ashley Beedle, Cut La Roc, Youngman, Agent X, The Nextroom, Genesis Elijah, Serocee and Dizraeli. In 2013 Skilf teamed up with Irish production duo John Gibbons & Scimon Tist and made 'Colder' which received extensive radio play and reached the top 40 in the official Republic of Ireland charts.

A balanced performer, Skilf is equally comfortable putting in work in the studio as he is toasting the dance; 'Original Visions' was Skilf's first independently released album and it quickly led to airplay on stations such as 1Xtra, BBC Introducing, BBC Asian Network and Rinse FM.

Fast forward to 2016 Skilf's latest musical concoction 'Second Thought promises to be something both original and insightful. A nod towards a more Dance based sound with driving synth melodies, faster and heavier club style beats, dirty basslines and energetic vocal delivery. In this news release from an imaginary alternate universe, Bernie Sanders's slogan, "An Ancient Future to Believe In," leads to a proposal to employ the world music group Ancient Future in international conflicts.

WASHINGTON (Ancient Future Press). President-elect Bernie Sanders today announced his intention to create a new cabinet-level position: United States Musical Ambassador to the United Nations.

A Sanders Transition Team internal memo marked as "for discussion purposes only" has been obtained which states that the idea came to Sanders after hearing some music by the band Ancient Future, the first and longest running musical organization dedicated exclusively to the mission of creating world fusion music. The memo states that in cases of international conflict, it will be the duty of the USMAUN to employ Ancient Future to facilitate jam sessions between musicians from the countries involved.

The Senate confirmation process can begin when Congress convenes on Jan. 3, two weeks before Sanders's inauguration on Jan. 20, 2017. Due to the new Green/Democratic coalition majority in the Senate that was swept in on Sanders's coattails, it is widely believed that Ancient Future's upcoming anniversary concert is likely to become a celebration of more than just the band's 38 years of cross-cultural collaboration.

Exactly 38 years after their first concert, Ancient Future will perform in Berkeley, California as part of the Trinity Chamber Concert Series. Blending ancient world music traditions from fiery flamenco to resonant raga with the contemporary colors of jazz and rock, this variation of the world fusion group features world guitar pioneer Matthew Montfort, renowned Indian tabla virtuoso Vishal Nagar, and santurist Mariah Parker.

The concert is at 8 PM, Feb. 11, 2017, at the Trinity Chapel at 2320 Dana St. Admission is $20 general, or $15 senior/disabled/student. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, but with the new Guaranteed Income Act that is expected to pass in Sanders's first week in office, funds for the concert shouldn't be a problem for anyone.

Jazz Crooner Anthony Caceres announced the release of a very special Yuletide tune for the Holidays. Inspired by such singers as Chet Baker, Johnny Hartman, Harry Connick Jr. and Jamie Cullum, Anthony unleashes his velvety and soulful vocals to delivers a smooth jazz original that cuts through the clutter of stereotypical holiday songs with a tune of romance and discovering love that could best be called a Valentine for Christmas. Anthony comes from a family of jazz royalty. His grandfather Emilio Caceres was a major swing violinist who worked with Harry James and Jack Teagarden in addition to leading his own Latin orchestra, while his great uncle Ernie Caceres played solos on baritone sax and clarinet with the freewheeling groups of Eddie Condon and original Glenn Miller Orchestra. Right after college, Caceres had his own chance to follow his great uncle's footprints as a sideman for the Glenn Miller Orchestra for two years. Anthony would also tour with the off-Broadway musical production of Miss Saigon and performed with the Four Aces, Freddie Jones, Ed Soph, Marvin Stamm, Bill Mays, Greg Abate and the late Carl Fontana.

But it is his dream of combining bass playing and singing that brought him to form his own group and record his debut six-song EP "Don't Call It Love" where he would first showcase his skills as a modern-day crooner. Having recently played as a sideman with pianist Pamela York and drummer Sebastian Whittaker, Anthony's trio with (with pianist Richard Saldivar & drummer Robert Aguliar) regularly performs at Eddie Vs, Kirby's Prime Steakhouse and other venues in the Houston area. Rapper Acafool Launches 'You My Ride?' - A Dramedy Web Series Launching On YouTube

People from all walks of life have begun to use ridesharing regularly. Ridesharing's simplicity is the key to its success, since an app is all that is needed to arrange for a driver to take someone from one place to another.

The new web series is a dramedy that follows an aspiring rapper named Kervens "Acafool" Joseph (Kervens), who recently took up driving for a rideshare company in order to pay his bills. 'You My Ride?' is set to premiere in 2017.

Ridesharing offers the driver an opportunity to meet people of all types; the driver never knows whom he or she will transport. This unpredictability results in situations that could be hysterically entertaining one moment, and blatantly weird the next.

The series takes a glimpse at Kervens Joseph's lifestyle as a rideshare driver. He decided to sign up for the service in order to have another source of income; little did he know that he had just embarked on an unforgettable journey.

The foundation of the series' storyline is fairly straightforward: a friend named Jarrod, whom Kervens owes money to, suggests that Kervens' sign up for a rideshare app in order to expedite his debt repayment. Within a few minutes, he is registered and receives a notification from his first client. From this moment on, his life becomes far more intriguing.

Between the mismatched appearances and personalities of his passengers and the situations that arise while he is transporting them, Kervens quickly learns that he must always anticipate abnormality if he wants to adjust to the life of a rideshare driver.

Ayinde Howell and a slew of accomplished guest stars are featured alongside Kervens in the series, which will launch in January of 2017. Before its premiere, however, 10,000 viewers will have the chance to view three full episodes from the show; this is is a unique opportunity that will expire quickly.

Kervens swiftly finds that ridesharing involves much more than just taking passengers from point A to point B; his clients are anything but ordinary. Los Angeles is a city that is renowned for its unique energy. With such a large population density, rideshare drivers have the opportunity to make a lot of money. As a driver who is just beginning his career, however, Kervens has not yet scratched the surface. Unfortunately for Kervens, his friend Jarrod is living the life he dreams about: beautiful women, celebrities, and large tips given for his services.

There is no series quite like 'You My Ride?', as no other show conveys the life of a rideshare driver to the viewer. The in-car cameras create an atmosphere for the viewer that places him or her inside the vehicle alongside the actors.
