Colourz has released their latest track Appetence, another stellar example of their signature Cinematica sound. The song takes you into an epic, almost other-worldly landscape, ascending the listener through sonic texture and melodic plays, showcasing feelings of melancholy, hope, and longing. The song follows the release of their debut single Selcouth, released in April 2015. Both songs demonstrate the duo’s promising contribution to their growing Cinematica genre – a blend of cinematic orchestration and electronic music within the progressive house spectrum.
Colourz is composed of Taylin Simmonds and Jared Waldroff, based in Kelowna, British Columbia. Appetence and Selcouth were both released on Blue Label Records, an innovative record label with the goal of bringing new, innovative music to the masses, also based in Kelowna.
